Jason Desmarais - Technical Training Manager & Lead Inspector

Jason Desmarais serves as both the Technical Training Manager and Lead Inspector at A2Z Home Services, bringing over 9 years of experience in the home inspection industry. His expertise is backed by PABI (Professional Association of Building Inspectors) and NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) certifications, ensuring high standards in every inspection.

Prior to joining A2Z Home Services, Jason worked and trained in the commercial and residential electrical fields. Additionally, he worked as a solar installation technician, where he gained valuable technical experience and problem-solving skills. His diverse background and leadership in technical training ensure that our team remains knowledgeable and skilled, providing the best possible service to our clients.

Jeff Daniels - Pest Inspection Manager/Operator

Jeff Daniels is our Pest Inspection Manager and a Licensed Pest Operator, with over 40 years of experience in the field. Licensed by the State Pest Control Board (SPCB), Jeff has extensive expertise in identifying infestations and infections, conducting thorough inspections, and managing pest control contracts on behalf of A2Z Home Services.

His long tenure in the industry has equipped him with deep knowledge and refined skills in pest management. Jeff is also committed to ongoing training, staying current with the latest techniques and regulations to ensure the highest standards of service.

Mikayla Jones - Administrative Assistant
